He is a seasoned leader in Customer Experience (CX) management, bringing over 20 years of industry expertise in leveraging data and technology to drive business success. His career began in Malaysia’s telco sector in 2002, where he honed his skills in CX operations before advancing to leadership roles, including establishing a CX delivery center for a major outsourcing company. From 2016 to 2024, Praba served as Operations Director and Board Member at a publicly listed BPO company, where he led 1,800+ employees and expanded CX operations across industries like energy, travel, fintech, and e-commerce. His strategic vision and commitment to operational excellence have earned him multiple accolades, including CCAM Best Head of Contact Centre (two consecutive years) and PIKOM Best Operations Director (two consecutive years). A certified COPC Implementation Leader, Praba is passionate about transforming customer experience, driving innovation, and embedding ESG principles into business operations. As CEO of TechnoMech, he continues to champion excellence, innovation, and people-first leadership, ensuring businesses stay ahead in an evolving digital landscape.
