From 2016 to 2024, Praba served as Operations Director and Board Member at a publicly listed BPO company, where he led 1,800+ employees and expanded CX operations across industries like energy, travel, fintech, and e-commerce. His strategic vision and commitment to operational excellence have earned him multiple accolades, including CCAM Best Head of Contact Centre (two consecutive years) and PIKOM Best Operations Director (two consecutive years). A certified COPC Implementation Leader, Praba is passionate about transforming customer experience, driving innovation, and embedding ESG principles into business operations. Thiyagaraja Sedambram is a seasoned power-generation specialist with extensive experience in turbine blading, gas-turbine maintenance, and major overhaul projects across Malaysian and international power plants. He began his career in turbine blading, developing strong capability in precision engineering, component optimisation, and high-accuracy execution. 

Over the years, he advanced into leading major outage programmes and turbine-overhaul projects, managing planning, shutdown coordination, and quality assurance across diverse turbine platforms. His technical exposure includes significant experience with Alstom GT13E2 units and certification for GT24 and GT26 turbines. 

In the hydro sector, he currently leads a team responsible for scheduled maintenance across four hydro plants in the Cameron Highlands. His role covers preventive maintenance, mechanical inspections, rotating-equipment servicing, and compliance with safety standards and OEM requirements, strengthening reliability and plant availability. He continues to support asset owners through technical reporting, maintenance planning, and reliability improvement initiatives designed to extend equipment life.

As founder, he brings together gas-turbine precision, hydro maintenance leadership, and deep rotating-equipment expertise to deliver dependable operational outcomes.

Sunderaj Nagalingam has extensive experience in the power and energy sector, with a career spanning conventional power generation, oil and gas downstream operations, and emerging green technologies. He began his industry journey through the construction of the Janamanjung Power Plant, one of Malaysia’s major coal-fired facilities. 

Over the years, he has been involved in multiple coal-fired and CCGT plant shutdowns and maintenance projects, building strong hands-on expertise in operations management and project execution.

 His work also extends across numerous downstream oil and gas engagements, including construction, shutdown coordination, and maintenance roles, giving him deep insight into on-site challenges, engineering requirements, and operational risk management. Today, Sunderaj is active in the green energy space, particularly in Sarawak’s green hydrogen initiative for public transportation. This reflects his strategic shift toward sustainable energy solutions while maintaining a solid foundation in traditional power systems.

Alongside his sector involvement, he continues to support SMEs and technology ventures through advisory roles and selective investments, applying his operational expertise to help organisations scale effectively and sustainably.
